Marta Żukowska

On a day-to-day basis, Marta provides ongoing advice in the area of business law, commercial law, the law of new technologies, intellectual property and data protection. She provides comprehensive services for business, from advice on the choice of business form, to registration and ongoing advice at every stage of operation. When necessary, Marta will also advise on the change of business form or liquidation. She represents Clients in legal proceedings.

Marta has supported both newly created and established online shops in preparing or adapting the necessary documentation to comply with legal requirements. She has participated in a number of legal audits to assess compliance and implementation of data protection legislation. Marta has taken part in audits assessing the compliance of Clients’ websites with other legal requirements related to the provision of electronic services. Game development and e-commerce industries are her special interest.

Marta has gained experience in reputable law firms. She is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Wrocław.
