Paulina has more than 10 years of experience in providing services to Polish and foreign businesses operating in various business sectors. She specializes in providing comprehensive advice in the areas of corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, contract law and banking and finance. He advises clients both in the course of day-to-day operations and in the course of transactions involving, in particular, the sale of shares, the divestiture of businesses and due diligence. She prepares, reviews and negotiates, among others, shareholders’ agreements, cooperation agreements, joint-venture agreements, sales and supply agreements.
She managed a team supporting borrower clients in the course of large cross-border financing and refinancing transactions. As Head of Banking&Finance at an established Wroclaw law firm, she managed a team of lawyers, drafting and negotiating loan agreements and collateral documents (including on the LMA standard) and coordinating the work of counsel located in various jurisdictions. She participated in a debt restructuring process that lasted several years and was recognized by industry media as one of the most complex and dynamic restructuring transactions of 2018.
In addition, she advises clients on matters related to new technology law and develops specialization in the ESG area.
She gained experience at renowned law firms in Wroclaw providing services to business.
