Paulina specialises in corporate, compliance, transformations, transactions (M&A), IT contracts, ESG, banking and finance law matters.
She has over 10 years of experience providing advisory services to Polish and international businesses across various sectors. Paulina advises clients in their day-to-day operations as well as in transactions, particularly those involving the sale of shares, business divestitures and due diligence. She drafts, reviews and negotiates agreements, including shareholders’ agreements, cooperation agreements, joint-venture agreements and sale and supply agreements.
As Head of Banking & Finance at a well-established Wroclaw law firm, Paulina led a team of lawyers, supporting borrowers in large cross-border financing and refinancing transactions, drafting and negotiating loan agreements and collateral security documents (including those based on the LMA standard) and coordinating the work of counsels in various jurisdictions. She participated in a debt restructuring process that lasted several years and was recognised by media as one of the most complex and dynamic restructuring transactions of 2018.
Paulina also advises clients on matters related to new technologies law and develops specialisation in the ESG area.
She gained her professional experience at renowned law firms in Wroclaw.
