Wojciech specialises in personal data protection, new technologies, IP (especially copyright and trademarks), personality rights and e-commerce law matters.
He gained his professional experience at a law firm specialising in new technologies law, as well as in the security department of a large Polish bank.
Wojciech has participated in GDPR implementations and audits for many data controllers, including entities in the banking sector. He has also advised entities in the film and theatre industry, as well as the IT industry.
Wojciech is the Chairman of the Committee for New Technologies and Digital Transformation at the Wroclaw Bar Association and the coordinator of the Team for New Technologies in Justice at the Center for Research, Studies and Legislation of the National Council of Legal Advisors.
His doctoral thesis focused on civil law measures for the protection of personal data, completed at the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics at the Wroclaw University.
Wojciech is a frequent and valued speaker at conferences, the author of several publications and the editor of the monograph “Implementation of the Digital Services Act in E-commerce” (C.H. Beck Publishing House, Warsaw, 2024). Wojciech is also the co-author and co-host of a podcast “Law and New Technologies.”
