About me
Wojciech specialises in data protection, the law of new technologies, intellectual property (in particular copyright and trademarks), personal rights and e-commerce in its broadest sense.
His experience includes working at a law firm dealing with the law of new technologies and at the Security Department of a large Polish bank. Wojciech has been involved in the GDPR implementations and audits at a number of data controllers, including banking sector entities. He has also advised entities from the film and theatre industry and the IT sector.
Wojciech has chaired the New Technologies and Digital Transformation Committee of the Regional Chamber of Attorneys-at-Law in Wrocław. He completed his PhD at the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics, University of Wrocław. Speaker at numerous scientific conferences, author of scientific publications. He is also a co-author of the ‘Law in Practice’ podcast.
