Grzegorz specialises in new technology law, personal data protection, e-commerce, cloud computing, intellectual property, business law and M&A. He actively supports clients in negotiations.
Author of numerous publications on personal data protection, co-author of books on the same topic (“Personal Data Protection in HR Departments According to GDPR”, “Personal Data Protection in IT Department” and “Personal Data Protection in HR Departments. Answers to 370 Most Difficult Questions”, PRESSCOM Publishing House). Speaker at numerous industry conferences.
He has managed the implementation of numerous transformation, merger and restructuring processes, as well as negotiations in the transactions of purchase/sale of companies. Grzegorz actively supports clients in the role of Data Protection Officer.
In the past, he worked for one of the largest law firms in Poland, where he was the Managing Director of the Warsaw Office and was responsible for developing the firm’s new technology (TMT) and M&A law practice.

Privately, he spends most of his free time training martial arts (black belt in Taekwondo ITF, he is also an instructor and judge of this discipline), playing music, travelling and sailing.
