Grzegorz specialises in new technologies law, personal data protection, e-commerce, cloud computing, intellectual property, corporate law and M&A.  

He actively assists clients throughout the negotiation process. 

Grzegorz has overseen the execution of various transformation, merger and restructuring processes, along with negotiating corporate acquisition and divestiture transactions. 

He was widely recognised as a data protection and privacy expert even before the emergence of GDPR. 

Grzegorz is a frequent and valued speaker at conferences, seminars, advisory panels and workshops. He is the author of numerous publications on legal challenges involving data protection law matters and co-author of three books on privacy and data protection topics (“Personal Data Protection in HR Departments According to GDPR,” “Personal Data Protection in the IT Department” and “Personal Data Protection in HR Departments: Answers to 370 Most Difficult Questions”) published by PRESSCOM Publishing House. He is also the author of a book on the Digital Services Act and numerous publications on AI, including “Legal Guide to AI” published by the Silesian Startup Foundation (https://slaskiestartupy.pl/ebooki/). 

Grzegorz actively supports clients in the role of Data Protection Officer. 

He worked for one of Poland’s largest law firms, where he led the Warsaw office and spearheaded the development of the firm’s new technologies (TMT/GDPR) and M&A practices.
