Mateusz specialises in data protection law, e-commerce, IT, new technologies, contracts and consumer protection law.
Author of numerous publications on personal data protection, co-author of books on the same topic (“Personal Data Protection in HR Departments According to GDPR”, “Personal Data Protection in IT Department”, PRESSCOM Publishing House), Speaker at numerous industry conferences.
Mateusz advises on strategic issues, including personal data protection within Polish and international capital groups (with particular emphasis on cross-border data transfers), e-commerce projects, artificial intelligence and ML in e-marketing, spam and infringement of personal rights on the internet.
In the past, he was associated with one of the largest law firms in Poland, also as Head of the GDPR and TMT practice.

Privately, he is constantly tending to his three young sons (and his dog).
