Ewa Knapińska

Ewa supports technology and e-commerce businesses in areas such as contract law, data protection, electronic services, consumer law, and intellectual property.

She has been involved in data protection implementations and compliance audits. She has drafted terms of service for online shops, other online platforms and mobile applications. Ewa has supported the launch and operation processes of mobile applications and web platforms (including those providing SaaS).

She has advised on promotional and marketing activities (competitions, promotions, loyalty programmes), supported the processes of selecting marketing tools and collaborations with marketing agencies and creatives. Ewa is also experienced in the implementation of anti-money laundering and terrorist financing regulations.

She has been involved in providing legal advice to leaders in the e-commerce industry in Poland, software houses and a leading Polish FMCG wholesale distribution group.

Graduate in Law from the University of Wrocław. Ewa has also completed ‘Personal Data Protection Officer’ postgraduate studies at the Katowice Business University and the School of Intellectual Property Rights organised by the H. Grotius Centre for Intellectual Property in Krakow.
