Marek specialises in cases from the field of the law of new technologies, intellectual property law, as well as game dev industry and data protection. His special interest is in sports law.
On a day-to-day basis, he supports one of the leading game producers in Poland with regard to the licensing of game products, the implementation of processes related to data protection, wide variety of issues related to labour law and those concerning international law.
Marek has conducted proceedings before the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) and the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland related to obtaining grants for trademark registration, registering those trademarks, and other issues.
He has served as the Secretary of the Games and Disciplinary Committee of the Polish Rugby Union (the disciplinary body of the Union) and provided ongoing legal advice to the Union.
He has a legal blog (www.marekczwojdzinski.pl) in which he focuses on issues relevant to people in their daily lives.
Marek is also involved in charitable work, for example, participated in the team providing free legal aid for Ukrainians organised after 24 February 2022 by the District Chamber of Attorneys-at-Law in Wrocław.
