He has provided day-to-day advice to one of the country’s leading ecommerce companies, including the use of state-of-the art marketing tools, such as behavioural advertising and remarketing in partnership with leading advertising networks.
Jacek oversaw database aggregations in capital groups, supported processes of mobile applications launch, advised on the adaptation of loyalty programs to the GDPR requirements. He has participated in the development of a system enabling automated copyright clearance for User Generated Content (project for a company listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange).
His experience also includes comprehensive legal assistance in VR project development and consumer relations support provided to a leading premium household appliance provider.
He advises Poland’s largest public cloud computing provider and game dev companies.
Speaker at numerous conferences, author of training programs on risk analysis in IT industry and other topics.
