Doctor of Law, tax advisor and legal counselor with over 13 years of professional experience. He heads LBKP’s tax team and previously within his office. He is also CEO of an accounting firm that joined the LBKP group with Jan.
Jan is responsible for supporting companies operating in various sectors, especially IT, e-commerce, automotive, facility management, hospitality or pharmaceuticals. He has also worked on dozens of M&A transactions, including in an international context, with a total value exceeding €2 billion, where he was responsible for developing the tax structures of these processes and their efficiency.
His approach to consulting is holistic and based on a deep understanding of the specifics of entrepreneurs’ activities – in terms of economic realities, as well as legal, tax and accounting. He strives to not only solve the problem, but also identify opportunities.
His mission is not only to solve problems, but also to identify opportunities through which better operational and tax efficiencies can be achieved. Jan focuses on providing concrete, practical solutions that not only provide tax security, but also optimize costs and streamline business processes.
