About me
Paweł is the Manager of the Italian Desk that specialises in serving Italian entrepreneurs in Poland and Polish entrepreneurs operating in the Italian market. His expertise includes business, corporate, contract and labour law.
He advises on both day-to-day operations and on strategic projects (such as starting operations in Poland, acquisitions/disposals of companies, enterprises or significant assets, including intangible assets, employment reorganisation).
He has been advising since 2012. Paweł gained his experience in reputable Italian-speaking law firms. He has provided legal support to one of the largest vending machine providers, numerous start-ups, distributors of leading international fashion brands, sports and children’s products brands, as well as one of the most renowned branding creators. He has also advised numerous entities operating in the business environment (foundations, associations and business federations).
He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw. At the same University he also completed the School of Italian and European Law (created jointly with the Università degli Studi di Catania) and postgraduate labour law studies.
