About me
Marta Żukowska specialises in commercial and corporate law matters.
Marta’s areas of practice include commercial (particularly drafting and negotiating commercial contracts), corporate, new technologies and real estate law matters.
She provides comprehensive services for entrepreneurs, ranging from advice on the choice of company’s legal form to registration and ongoing support at every stage of operation. When necessary, Marta also advises on changes in company legal form or liquidation.
She has participated in numerous investment processes and M&A transactions, including conducting many due diligence investigations of companies and real estate. She has also been involved in the negotiation and commercialisation processes of strategic investments in Poland.
Game development, real estate and e-commerce industries are her special interest.
Marta has gained experience in reputable law firms. She is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Wroclaw.
