Marta specialises in IP, data protection, marketing, e-commerce, new technologies, competition and consumer protection law matters.
In her everyday role, she supports clients as a Data Protection Officer. Throughout Marta’s professional career, she has participated in numerous audits assessing compliance with and implementation of European data protection regulations in companies and international groups. She has advised high-profile online stores and platforms in Poland and has been involved in the creation and auditing of numerous websites and mobile applications.
Marta’s experience includes advising leaders in the IT and e-commerce industries, providing support in, inter alia, building marketing strategies and assisting with ongoing sales and promotional operations.
