About Me 

MANAGER, ATTORNEY AT LAW 

Ewa specialises in real estate, IP, contract, personal data protection, electronic services and consumer law matters. 

Her background is in real estate, in particular, matters relating to due diligence, complex real estate transactions (including premium properties), as well as lease and property management agreements. Ewa places special focus on construction-related matters.  

She has participated in the implementation of personal data protection regulations and compliance audits. Ewa has prepared terms and conditions for online stores, other online platforms and mobile applications.  

She has supported the launching and operation processes of mobile applications and online platforms (including those providing services in the SaaS model). Ewa advises on issues related to promotional and marketing activities (contests, promotions, loyalty programs). She has supported the selection of marketing tools and cooperation with marketing agencies and creators. Ewa also has experience in implementing regulations on anti-money laundering and combating the financing of terrorism (AML). 

She provides legal advisory services for, among others, leaders in the e-commerce industry in Poland, software houses and a leading wholesale distribution group of FMCG products in the Polish market. 

Ewa graduated with a law degree from the University of Wroclaw. She has also completed Personal Data Protection Officer postgraduate studies at the Katowice Business University and the School of Intellectual Property Rights organised by the H. Grotius Centre for Intellectual Property in Cracow. 

Ewa provides advice in both Polish and English.
