He specialises in new technology law, real estate, IT, intellectual property, data protection, e-commerce and business and M&A law.

He has been involved in the GameDev industry for many years, where he has gained valuable practical experience, being an enthusiast of this field. Considered one of the most experienced legal experts in the GameDev sector in Poland, he is the author of many publications on GameDev law. He currently serves as Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Techland S.A., where some of the world’s most anticipated games are developed.
He advises on strategic projects, negotiating key domestic and international trade and investment agreements. He has extensive experience in the e-commerce industry. She actively supports clients in data protection projects in the operations of Polish and global groups (including international data flows).

He also deals with legal issues related to IP, handling various licensing agreements and is skilled in developing and implementing IP policies. He has created, implemented and audited numerous IP, data protection and data privacy policies for major GameDev and real estate companies, investment funds and holding companies, as well as internet marketing and e-commerce corporations.

It serves some of the major players in the real estate market (developers, investors, investment funds and HNVIs) and therefore handles all key real estate matters. Whether it involves commercial properties, mixed-use projects or ultra-luxury residences, he enjoys the trust of his clients during the complex process of acquiring, building and selling properties, offering advisory services and conducting negotiations.

In the past, he was professionally involved with one of the largest law firms in Poland and a partner at KKiW.
