About me
Paulina Jeziorska – legal advisor with 15 years of experience in supporting Polish and foreign business entities.
She specialises in new technology law and regulations concerning cybersecurity and the financial sector – in particular in the areas of DORA, NIS2 and MiCA. She is one of Poland’s leading experts on DORA and NIS2 regulations, actively sharing her knowledge through, among other things, an industry newsletter on LinkedIn, webinars and training courses for compliance, IT and legal teams.
She advises financial institutions, technology companies and IT and cloud service providers, supporting them in adapting their operations to regulatory requirements and in building secure models of cooperation with customers and business partners.
She manages projects comprehensively – from risk analysis and strategy development, through the preparation and negotiation of documentation, to the final implementation of solutions. She works in an interdisciplinary manner, collaborating with lawyers, IT teams and management boards.
Clients value her for her transparency, simplicity of explanation and concrete action.
In recent years, she has participated in, among others:
• comprehensive implementation of DORA regulations in a medium-sized bank,
• implementation of cloud regulations in an investment company,
• advising IT and cloud providers on NIS2 and DORA,
• designing and negotiating contracts, SLAs and regulations for technology companies.
Previously, she specialised in banking & finance and M&A transactions, advising on complex, including cross-border, financing and restructuring projects. This experience allows her today to combine a regulatory approach with a transactional and business one.
Her approach is based on translating law into action – with a view not only to compliance, but also to the efficiency and operational security of the business.
