He gained his professional experience working for renowned domestic and foreign consulting companies. In his professional career, he also managed the internal tax department of one of the largest Polish companies in the computer games industry.
He advises both domestic and foreign entities from the gamedev, IT, e-commerce, and automotive industries, mainly in the field of VAT and CIT, with particular emphasis on tax reliefs and preferences in the area of innovation and new technologies. He has conducted numerous training sessions on tax issues, both for the internal needs of clients (regarding tax changes and ‘tailor-made’ training on issues relevant to the client) and as a lecturer cooperating with external training companies and universities.
He also advises on transactions, transformations and restructurings. He carries out comprehensive due diligence processes for Polish and foreign clients.
