About me
She specialises in personal data protection, consumer rights and information security. She successfully supports clients in adapting their activities to the requirements of the GDPR, including in the areas of online marketing, e-commerce and new technologies. She is an expert in the CyberSec implementation team, in particular NIS-2.
She has extensive experience in website audits, developing regulations, privacy policies and cookie consent mechanisms. She has led numerous projects in the field of personal data protection, including for large companies in the food, e-commerce, automotive and IT industries. As a member of the DPO team, she took part in risk analyses, assessments of data breach incidents and supported clients in proceedings before the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection and the President of the Office for Competition and Consumer Protection, as well as before the Provincial Administrative Court in disputes with the Office for Competition and Consumer Protection. She also supported clients in adapting their activities to the requirements of the Omnibus and NIS2 Directives and the Digital Services Act (DSA) and Digital Markets Act (DMA).
She conducts training courses, workshops and webinars on information security and personal data protection, sharing her knowledge with legal teams as well as IT and marketing specialists.
She is an internal auditor of the information security management system according to ISO/IEC 27001:2023, which confirms her competence in implementing and maintaining data protection standards and minimising the risk of cyber threats. She completed her legal training at the Wrocław Bar Association, having previously studied law at the University of Szczecin and the University of Montpellier.
She provides advice in both Polish and English.
After work
She is interested in vintage design, especially in the mid-century modern style. She runs a mini interior design blog on Instagram, where she shares inspirations and projects. In her free time, she also does DIY projects, including lettering and creating greeting cards, also painted with watercolour.
