Legal counsel specialising in business, commercial and contract law, with extensive experience in the reorganisation of companies, including company transformations, spin-offs of organised parts of companies and contributions in kind. Expert in the field of generational succession, supporting family businesses in their transfer to younger family members or co-workers or in the introduction of new co-workers. She also deals with the establishment and management of family foundations, advising on the contribution of assets, including shares in companies, real estate and financial resources. She helps to resolve disputes between partners and assists with procedures for a partner to leave the company. She advised entrepreneurs starting their business in the electromobility industry, developing and negotiating a set of contracts necessary to run a business. She has experience in providing services to companies from the medical, veterinary, manufacturing, wholesale and retail sectors. A graduate of the University of Szczecin, she completed her legal training at the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisers in Wrocław. She gained experience as the head of the legal department of companies and in renowned Wrocław law firms serving entrepreneurs.

After work
She is passionate about active leisure, reading reportage and cinema, and every year she attends the BNP Paribas Two Riversides Film and Art Festival in Kazimierz Dolny. Her alternative career path could have been film studies, but she ultimately chose law.
