About me
Anna specialises in data protection, new technologies, IP, IT, as well as property and commercial law matters.
She is the author of an article published in Przegląd Radcowski titled “Artificial Intelligence as a Co-Creator: Challenges for Copyright Law in Music.”
Anna graduated with honors from the School of Law in Wroclaw, receiving an award for the best master’s thesis on data protection in healthcare entities, as well as recognition for outstanding academic achievements.
During her studies, she actively contributed to university life as a member of the Student Council, the University Senate and the Civil Law Scientific Association “Pactum.”
LOB/industries served: e-commerce, IT, banking and finance, insurance, automotive, real estate, furniture components and pet products.
Core strengths: new technologies, IP and trademarks, protection of image, reputation and personality rights, corporate and commercial law.
Anna provides advice in both Polish and English.
After work
Anna spends her free time singing whenever possible, regularly attending vocal classes and an acting course. She enjoys an active lifestyle, including running, hiking, fitness training and yoga. Anna has also completed Level I and II massage certification courses.
