About me
Agata’s main focus is on legal and technical issues such as artificial intelligence systems, technical documentation of machines, cyber security, intellectual property law and DSA-related regulations. In the area of marketing, she specialises in computer graphics, UX/UI design and web development.
Agata has both theoretical (legal) and practical knowledge in the design, development and implementation of websites, computer graphics and mobile applications, supported by numerous projects completed over the years. Additionally, she holds two professional certificates: Google UX Design and Google Project Management.
She is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at the University of Wrocław and a final-year Master’s student of Image Communication with a specialisation in UX/UI Design and graphic design.
Chairperson of BPK LegalNet Student Research Group at the University of Wroclaw, cooperating with the Centre for Research into the Legal and Economic Problems of Electronic Communication chaired by Prof. Jacek Gołaczyński, PhD.
Member of the editorial board of the scientific quarterly Electronic Media Law.
Author of publications published in C.H. Beck and the PME journal.
Apart from legal issues, Agata is also involved in the implementation of social and EU projects:
- former chairwoman of the Youth Promotion Committee of the Lower Silesian Voivodship Assembly.
- former chairperson of the marketing team of the Polish Council of Youth Organisations (Polska Rada Organizacji Młodzieżowych).
- member of the advocacy team of the Polish Council of Youth Organisations, taking part in the opinion of the candidate for Ombudsman for Children in December 2023.
- Coordinator for the promotion of the European Congress of Youth Councils 2023 and 2024 under the Commission and the European Parliament and Coordinator for the promotion of the Lower Silesian Youth Congress 2022 – 2024 funded by the Marshal’s Office.
- Marketing coordinator for the European Funds for Regions project of the Working Community of Associations of Social Organisations.
Awarded in the plebiscite ‘The most active young people of Lower Silesia’ in 2023.
After work
Trains in swimming and yoga. Passionate about fantasy and science fiction books and playing the guitar. She belongs to a group of dog lovers, especially chocolate Labradors.
