About specialization
The term ESG covers criteria for the non-financial assessment of a company’s performance in three main areas: environmental (environmental), social (social)and corporate governance (corporate).
Through the so-called CRSD, the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CRSD), which came into force on 1 January 2024, ESG is expected to provide quantifiable indicators to measure what has hitherto seemed immeasurable – a company’s wider environmental, social and economic impact. The assessment of a company’s activities in the three areas mentioned above will be presented in non-financial reports, which a large group of Polish and European companies will be obliged to prepare and publish in the coming years.
The non-financial reports are to include a range of information concerning the company’s activities in the area of the environment (e.g. carbon footprint), employee affairs, respect for human rights or anti-corruption.
Ultimately, the information included in the non-financial report is to become as important an element in assessing the condition and situation of the enterprise as its financial results.
How do we help?
- Sustainabilitytraining – we train our clients’ management and employees in areas related to sustainability and the implementation of ESG strategies, each time tailoring the scope of our training to the needs and goals of the organisation we support
- ESG strategy– we support our clients in the preparation and effective implementation of ESG strategy in their organisations.
- Internal policies and structures– we prepare and review our clients’ internal documentation, including policies and regulations aimed at implementing the adopted ESG strategy
- Audits– we audit business entities for their compliance with legal requirements in the ESG area
- Non-financial reports– we are with clients at every stage of report preparation: we support with data collection, conduct materiality analysis and then prepare the relevant documentation. Where necessary, we work with reputable subcontractors (e.g. in calculating the client’s carbon footprint).
- Offer for smaller organisations– we believe that the implementation of ESG in any organisation is essential for building a future-oriented business. Therefore, the scope of our support also includes smaller entities that are not obliged to provide non-financial reporting under EU regulations, but see the positives that come with implementing an ESG strategy in their organisation. Our offer is tailor-made – taking into account the size of the organisation, its characteristics and capabilities.
